So you have decided to get started with email and text marketing…that’s great!! You will not regret using this powerful marketing strategy for your business!!
Most people don’t get started using this type of marketing sooner because they are intimidated and think it will be a ton of work. But it is super simple when you have someone holding your hand through it!!

One of the most common questions is, “What do I need to get started?” and today I’m going to answer that question for you.
When it comes to getting started with email, here's what you need:
#1 – An email address – This sounds very basic and it is. Your email should be professional and correlate with your brand. For instance, if your email is your name but you name is not included in your business/company name, you may want to create a new email using your company name.
#2 – An Email marketing service provider. I suggest Vagaro. This will allow you to deliver messages to your contacts and use automation to help your messages go out seamlessly without requiring you to be glued to your computer.
#3 – An Email List. Hopefully you already have email contacts for your business, if so you can use those to start your list.
#4 – Get consistent. Don't just send out appointment reminders. Start sending emails out weekly. That means we need to set some time aside to work on our business. You can do it, you are the boss and CEO!
That’s it! That’s all you need to get started.
