Planning out and using a marketing plan is the first step, but evaluating it monthly and quarterly is key to ensuring it is successful.

Just because something didn't work the first time doesn't mean it was a failure! Sometimes all it takes is a simple tweak, like the right timing, to get things on track and sometimes it takes a complete overhaul; but you will never know what needs to be done if you don’t slow down long enough to see what is working and what isn't.

So how do you evaluate your marketing plan?

Customer Response

If your marketing strategies are working you will see increased online engagement, social media content interactions, feedback/messages from customers, more sales.

More Bookings

If your marketing plan is working then you should have less empty slots in your appointment book. After all, your goal is to fill all those holes. If you still struggle to do that, then maybe you are spending too much time making instagram stories that people aren't seeing or posting on facebook where only 5% of your people see it.

Sales Performance

Sales should be increasing! Will it happen overnight? No! But after a few months of implementing your marketing plan, you should see the numbers increasing. If they aren’t then you need to make some adjustments.
